AAU, Non-Teaching Employee Data Collection Portal

This software is being developed in order to help the University acquiring the proper database of AAU Non-Teaching staff.
Login to the portal using your valid AAU official Email Id
In the dashboard, the user will see a list of employees with their raw data as provided.
Identify the employee of your establishment using the search option.
Click on the
Update Icon
for a detailed view of the raw data provided.
Make sure all the mandatory (*) fields are filled with proper data.
Assign the employee to its appointed College / Establishment / Office and corresponding Department / KVK / Research Station / Branch.
An email was sent from AKMIT Cell asking for branches of your establishment. Due to non-receipt of response, branches of many of the establishments could not be created. Please contact us, if you need branches to be created in your establishment.

button to complete your process.
Once completed, the employee will be removed from Employee Raw Data and will be available in the Assigned Non-Teaching Employee List in our official database.
If a Non-Teaching employee's name is missing in the Raw Database, one has to click on the
View Assigned Employees
button and click on the
Add New Employee button
to add the new employee.
Once this process of updating is complete, the data will be verified by the Office of the Registrar, which shall be subsequently used for ACR submission and other official validation/evaluation.
Please provide the required updation/validation on employees of your establishment on or before February 29, 2024
